Each of us is unique and each programme is tailored to reflect what you want to achieve. Whether you feel you are being limited by your physical health, your mental health or your current situation we will explore together how you can move forward, one small sustainable step at a time.. With a clear plan that I will help you stick to and the right level of support and encouragement you really can begin to create that life you want and know is right for you.

First Steps programme

Not sure if you're ready to commit to a longer programme then this four week programme is the one for you. We will assess your current health and lifestyle concerns, create a vision for a future you will love, and devise some simple, sustainable changes you can adopt now to begin your journey to better health and a better you.


Revitalise programme

This eight week programme will explore the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. More importantly it will give you the support and the strategies to begin to close that gap. Together we will do a full assessment of your current health and lifestyle concerns, gain clarity on your goals and the barriers which have previously stopped you from achieving them. We will then create a clear and actionable plan to guide you step by step to the future you want

Reinvent programme

Reinvent programme

This premium, twelve week programme offers the highest level of support, taking a full and in depth look at who you really are and what you want from your life. Together we will create a clear and exciting vision of your future, exploring along the way the strengths and strategies you need to achieve your goals and how to overcome any barriers. We will examine any health and lifestyle concerns and create an achievable and sustainable plan to cultivate the health, strength and vitality you need to underpin your best life. 

All programmes include weekly one-to-one sessions, face to face or via Zoom, and are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Some of the elements which could be included in your programme are;


  • Initial health assessment
  • Setting programme goals and tracking weekly progress
  • Creating a Wellness Vision
  • Increasing confidence and self-esteem
  • Making sense of and reframing limiting beliefs
  • Nutrition success formula
  • Mindful nutrition
  • Food and mood diary review
  • Blood sugar balancing for health and weight loss
  • Overcoming barriers and breaking habits
  • Thriving in menopause
  • Ageing positively
  • Tackling emotional eating
  • Optimising sleep
  • Creating exercise/activity you enjoy
  • Developing a mindfulness practice
  • Stress management
  • Creating healthy lifestyle habits
  • Relevant discussion topics such as 'healthy brain, healthy mind', 'boosting your immunity', 'sleep hygiene', 'heart health' and 'gut health'.


Prices will be determined by the length and content of your tailored programme, plus the level of support you want between sessions. Payment options can be flexible to suit your needs. 

What is Health Coaching

A Professional Health Coach is a type of life coach, (who can practice as a life coach too), but is trained to specialise in Health, Nutrition & Wellness;  Health Coaches care deeply about, and have the skills and training to influence the overall health, wellness and happiness of everyone they work with.
