A full-day experience that blends mindfulness, values-based living, and creative expression through pottery.
Many of us lead busy lives, often caught up in routines and expectations that leave little room for self-reflection. But what if we could slow down, tune into our intuition, and explore what brings us joy and fulfilment? The morning session of this retreat is all about exploring the connection between authenticity, well-being, and personal growth. Through guided discussions, we’ll delve into thought-provoking topics, encouraging deep self-reflection (you are free to contribute as little or as much to these conversations as you choose) and helping you uncover small but powerful changes that align your life more closely with your core values.
The afternoon invites you to switch gears and embrace the meditative nature of pottery. With your hands in clay, shaping and moulding your own ceramic pot, you’ll experience the calming and restorative effects of creative flow. There’s something deeply satisfying about working with natural materials and creating something tangible - a reminder that, just like clay, our lives can be shaped with patience and intention.
To ensure you leave not just inspired but supported in making lasting change, the retreat includes an optional one-to-one follow-up coaching session. This session will help you reflect on your experience, integrate insights, and set meaningful intentions for the months ahead.
The Creative Health Day Retreat isn’t just a workshop; it’s an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and walk away with tools to cultivate a life that feels more joyful and authentic.
The day will run in Oxfordshire on May 31st (details below) and Warwickshire (venue to be confirmed) on 27th September. We would love you to join us at whichever location is convenient for you.
